As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Security Operations team supporting risk management and cybersecurity strategy development. What's the Job?
- Perform risk-based cybersecurity assessments utilizing the NIST Cybersecurity Framework to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Conduct Threat Modeling to evaluate cybersecurity risks and develop effective defense mechanisms.
- Review vulnerability information, assess risk impact, exploitability, and residual risk to inform decision-making.
- Maintain and update vulnerability risk registers and document risk treatment plans to ensure ongoing security posture improvement.
- Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to gather evidence, clarify system context, and support security initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience with a broad range of information security processes, including risk assessments, threat modeling, and defense strategies.
- Practical understanding of NIST CSF, NIS2 EU Directive, and risk-based security principles.
- Strong ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity threats through a risk-driven approach.
- Solid cybersecurity background with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
