AspenTech SCM Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain sector, is seeking a passionate and skilled AspenTech SCM Developer to join their dynamic team. As an AspenTech SCM Developer, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting the technical and operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: AspenTech SCM Developer

Location:Richmond, Virginia

What's the Job?

• Perform AspenTech development tasks according to system design specifications.
• Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure seamless deployment.
• Handle production deployments and releases of AspenTech models efficiently.
• Provide post-launch support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
• Create comprehensive user guides and documentation to facilitate user understanding and training.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AspenOne SCM suite of solutions, including at least one of the following: Aspen Supply Chain Planner (SP), Aspen Collaborative Demand Management (CDM), Aspen Plant Scheduler (PS), or Aspen Schedule Explorer (ASE).
• Proficiency in key supply chain management areas such as Demand Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, and Production Planning.
• Knowledge of SQL Server is desirable to support data integration and reporting tasks.
• Familiarity with Linear Programming is a plus for optimizing supply chain models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical or analytical disciplines.
