Our client, a leading organization in the technology and support services industry, is seeking a Network / System Engineer III to join their team. As a Network / System Engineer III, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting infrastructure and support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Network / System Engineer III

Location: Plano, TX & Chandler AZ

What's the Job?

• Manage and support network and system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Implement and maintain system configurations, updates, and security protocols.
• Monitor system health using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, and perform performance analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of IT experience in production support and network/system engineering.
• Experience with network management, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira and Remedy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
