QC Inspector

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team. As a QC Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the technical inspection and testing of materials and products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QC Inspector

Location: St. Paul, MN (100% On-Site)

Pay Range: $28/hr. - $31/hr.

Duration: 6+ Months contract with possibility of extension

Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing of purchased materials, components, and products.
• Record inspection and test data accurately following documented policies and procedures.
• Operate all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and documented in procedures.
• Develop and write inspection methods and procedures to improve quality processes.
• Support validation and qualification activities, including programming CMM and Optical systems.

What's Needed?

• Experience with visual, dimensional, and functional inspection techniques.
• Proficiency in operating measurement and testing equipment, including CMM and optical systems.
• Knowledge of SAP related to incoming material quality control requirements.
• Ability to document non-conformances and participate in GR&R studies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with suppliers and team members effectively.
