Project Manager Supply Chain Operations

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Project Manager Supply Chain Operations to join their team. As a Project Manager Supply Chain Operations, you will be part of the Enterprise Digital team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:St. Louis, MO (On-site)

What's the Job?

• Manage integration and innovation projects across multiple business functions within the supply chain and operational planning areas.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure project success.
• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources to meet organizational goals.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and report progress to leadership, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Identify risks, manage project budgets, and facilitate communication to ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management, or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a project management role, with 5+ years preferred.
• Functional experience in supply chain or operational planning is helpful.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
