Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Project Manager Supply Chain Operations to join their team. As a Project Manager Supply Chain Operations, you will be part of the Enterprise Digital team supporting cross-functional initiatives. What's the Job?
- Manage integration and innovation projects across multiple business functions within the supply chain and operational planning areas.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure project success.
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, and report progress to leadership, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Identify risks, manage project budgets, and facilitate communication to ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management, or relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a project management role, with 5+ years preferred.
- Functional experience in supply chain or operational planning is helpful.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
