Sponsorships Event Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and B2B event marketing industry, is seeking a Sponsorships Event Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Sponsorships Event Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Sponsorships team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sponsorships Event Marketing Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Range: $45-50/hr

Duration: 6 Months contract

What's the Job?

• Manage the end-to-end execution of sponsorships for Cisco Connect events, ensuring seamless delivery and sponsor satisfaction.
• Respond to sponsor inquiries promptly via email, Webex chats, calls, and webinars, maintaining professional and clear communication.
• Coordinate sponsorship contracts, process payments, and track fulfillment metrics to ensure all commitments are met accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to prepare sponsor materials, promotional resources, and onsite support.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on sponsorship progress, fulfillment status, and post-event reporting for continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in event marketing with a focus on sponsorship management and execution.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple sponsorships and deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with sponsors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, and fulfillment processes, along with basic financial acumen.
