Location:Charlotte, NC

Hiring manager is actually looking for someone who can own enterprise application development, influence architecture, work closely with cybersecurity teams, and deploy applications in modern cloud-native environments.

The day-to-day responsibilities are likely:
Building internal cybersecurity applications and portals
Developing React/Next.js front ends
Building Node.js/TypeScript APIs
Working with GraphQL integrations
Designing scalable application architecture
Partnering with Cybersecurity teams on secure coding and risk mitigation
Managing CI/CD pipelines
Running applications on Kubernetes
Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers
Driving engineering standards and best practices

What's the Job?

• Lead the architectural design and development of cybersecurity applications to ensure robust security measures.
• Participate actively in establishing standards and best practices for large-scale technology solutions.
• Build high-quality, scalable software using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js frameworks.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate secure coding practices and mitigate risks effectively.
• Develop APIs and data integrations utilizing GraphQL, MongoDB, and SQL databases to support enterprise needs.

What's Needed?

• At least 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and .NET.
• Experience in developing APIs and data integrations with GraphQL, MongoDB, and SQL (preferably MSSQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and configuration management tools like YAML/TOML.
• Strong analytical skills to review complex technology solutions and collaborate across teams.
