Our client, a global, diversified technology company and the world’s largest online retailer, is seeking an experienced contract Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) to join our Talent Acquisition team. What's the Job?
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across Public and Commercial Sectors, driving recruiting efforts across technical roles. You will own closing, immigration, offers, pre-boarding questions, and onboarding. This particular position requires a strong CLOSER; someone who can finish the task of bringing very high-level candidates into the organization. You should have strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and be a polished and persuasive communicator. This team member will also interface with very high-level internal customers and should be able to create hiring plans related to business needs, headcount, and strategy while aligning closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the closing and offer process
• Provide data-driven counsel to hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy
• Drive candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and efficient offer processes
• Manage immigration cases and partner with internal immigration teams to ensure timely visa sponsorship and transfers
• Own the offer process end-to-end: approvals, generation, extension, and negotiation
• Handle pre-boarding questions and coordinate on-boarding logistics for incoming hires
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (Hire) and ensure data integrity across all requisitions
• Facilitate debrief discussions and calibrate interviewers to maintain bar consistency
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting velocity and quality of hire
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships, which will align successfully in the organization. You must be located in Seattle, willing to work in the office, and have recruited for high-level sales roles, Solution Architects, and/or GTM for tech companies.

Pay Range: $49-53/hr. on W2
Job Type: 11-month contract with potential for hire or extension
Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm PT (flexible)
What's Needed?
- 7+ years' experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or technical environment and for executive level positions.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
