NetApp Storage Engineer

Our client, a leader in enterprise IT infrastructure, is seeking a NetApp Storage Engineer to join their team. As a NetApp Storage Engineer, you will be part of the Storage Support Department supporting enterprise storage environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a passion for maintaining high system performance, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Administer and support NetApp FAS systems and NetApp ONTAP environments
• Provide advanced support for NAS and SAN architectures, including provisioning, zoning, and performance optimization
• Manage EMC storage platforms and interoperable storage environments
• Perform capacity planning, replication, backup integration, and disaster recovery setup
• Use NetApp Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) for proactive monitoring, performance analysis, alerting, and reporting

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure and storage management
• Strong hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP and NetApp FAS
• Experience supporting EMC storage systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerShell scripting
