Technical Instructional Designer 3

Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Technical Instructional Designer to join their team. As a Technical Instructional Designer, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting various support teams, including data centers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, initiative, independence, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Instructional Designer 3
Location: Remote (must work standard PST core hours)
Pay Range: $41/hr to $43/hr on W2
Contract Duration: until 12/31/2026

What's the Job?

  • Develop and maintain engaging e-learning courses and curriculum for technical support teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design impactful training materials.
  • Create multimedia content including videos, quizzes, and simulations to enhance learner engagement.
  • Assess training needs and tailor solutions to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

What's Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, including needs assessment and task analysis.
  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Strong multimedia skills, including video editing and interactive content creation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
