Sr Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Sr Business Analyst to join their team. As a Sr Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Operations supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements, procedures, and system changes.
• Use independent judgment to gather and evaluate information to make recommendations for process or system enhancements.
• Lead efforts to identify future business needs and develop strategic views to support management decisions.
• Research external market trends and internal data to find patterns and best practices for process optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in data gathering, research, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience with financial and risk analysis, including preparing business cases and cost-benefit analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and methodologies.
• Strong skills in business process analytics using tools like Excel, flowcharting, and workflow models.
