Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Python Developer to join their team. As a Python Developer, you will be part of the Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT) supporting critical functions within Corporate Treasury. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support the development and maintenance of enterprise-level capital management technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Assist in replacing legacy applications within Treasury Technology through meticulous design and implementation
  • Understand and support regulatory programs such as Basel IV and FRTB
  • Read and interpret Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy to support data analysis and reporting needs

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of SQL programming, preferably with Oracle Exadata databases
  • Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net; ability to read and understand Python code
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of Capital Markets, including Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations
