Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer experience sector, is seeking a Cisco IQ Customer Engineer to join their team. As a Cisco IQ Customer Engineer, you will be part of the Customer Experience (CX) team supporting professional services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead onboarding and integration of Cisco IQ within customer network environments.
  • Deliver platform demonstrations, live walkthroughs, and enablement sessions to maximize customer understanding of Cisco IQ features.
  • Guide customers through end-to-end onboarding processes, including account setup, data connector configuration, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Support, and Product Management to relay customer feedback and resolve integration challenges.
  • Support ongoing customer success initiatives by ensuring smooth platform adoption and utilization.

What's Needed?

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong technical background with experience in network onboarding and platform integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience with Cisco IQ or similar AI-powered customer journey platforms is preferred.
