Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and supply chain operations, is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join their team. As an HR Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Department, supporting manufacturing operations and fostering a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. What's the Job?
- Perform HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and policy enforcement.
- Support recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns, and new hires.
- Maintain accurate human resource information system records and generate reports.
- Coordinate employee events, wellness activities, and company communications.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations and assist with employment law adherence.
What's Needed?
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience working within an HR department, especially in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of employment regulations such as FLSA, EEOC, ADA, and FMLA.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high sense of urgency.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
