Graphic Designer 2

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Graphic Designer 2 to join their team. As a Graphic Designer 2, you will be part of the Content Team supporting content creation and design for enterprise and small business audiences. The ideal candidate will have creativity, attention to detail, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Graphic Designer 2

Location: Remote (PST preferred)

Pay Range: $26/hr to $28/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Design and develop high-quality templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks across PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Create visual layouts, reusable components, and scalable design systems to support diverse customer scenarios.
• Ensure templates are clear, polished, accessible, and easy to customize for end-users.
• Format and refine files for consistency, including typography, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to incorporate feedback and improve template quality.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with experience designing professional content in these applications.
• Knowledge of template design, presentation layout, and document formatting best practices.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
