Our client, a leading organization in the data management and analytics industry, is seeking a dedicated Data Operations Support to join their team. As a Data Operations Support, you will be part of the Data Department supporting data extraction, analysis, automation, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Tallahassee, FL
Pay Range:$25/hr - $27/hr
What's the Job?
- Extract raw data and manually sift through information to complete data requests, including tables, charts, graphs, and formulas.
- Compare data across different months and years to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Support the development team by creating automation and integrating systems such as EHealth, QuickBase, and Emeet.
- Create dashboards to visualize metrics and KPIs, and automate data metrics reporting.
- Monitor reports, maintain automated scheduling tools, and ensure data integrity within databases.
What's Needed?
- Two to four years of office experience with a focus on reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
- Experience in creating dashboards and automating data metrics.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service and collaboration.
