Our client, a leading innovator in the semiconductor industry, is seeking an Analog Designer to join their dynamic team. As an Analog Designer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting advanced chip development and system integration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design and develop high-performance analog circuits for integrated circuits and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and ensure design feasibility.
- Perform circuit simulations, analyses, and optimizations to meet performance targets.
- Support testing, characterization, and troubleshooting of analog designs in lab environments.
- Document design processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Hands-on experience in mixed-signal circuit design and analog circuit development.
- Proficiency in designing custom analog circuits rather than solely utilizing standard IP.
- Knowledge of silicon or post-silicon testing methodologies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
