Technical Project Manager

Our client, U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Architecture and Engineering organization, supporting portfolio initiatives and technology-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical communication, a bias for automation, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes.

What's the Job?

• Work with the Head Engineer for U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology on reporting and deliverables, and support portfolio initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other engineers on key projects, assisting the Head Engineer as needed.
• Automate reporting and processes to minimize manual work, and use and promote AI tools within the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture documentation, and drive design discussions to facilitate consensus on solution architecture decisions across upstream engineering SMEs, Enterprise Architects, and Raven SMEs.
• Manage planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects; oversee project documentation updates in project management tools and track OKR/KPI performance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience as an Engineer.
• Basic coding skills with languages such as Bash, Python, Kotlin, or related technologies.
• Experience with AI developer tools.
• Experience with program delivery or project management, including managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, plus strong technical documentation skills.
