System Administrator

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and technology sector, is seeking a System Administrator  to join their team. As a System Administrator , you will be part of the Platform Admin Team supporting various business areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: System Administrator 

Location:Remote in California

Pay Range:  $41.00 to $49.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead the analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into platform solutions and configurations.
• Develop future state designs, write user stories, and facilitate requirements workshops.
• Configure and prototype solutions, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to best practices.
• Support day-to-day platform operations, including user access management, system configuration, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and business units to ensure seamless platform functionality and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in platform administration or solutioning.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and release tools like GIT, BitBucket, Visual Studio, or Flosum.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Certification required; additional certifications preferred.
