Project Analyst

Our client, a leader in the technology and project management sector, is seeking a Project Analyst to join their team. As a Project Analyst, you will be part of the Program/Project Management department supporting project delivery teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive support to Program/Project Managers in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Assist in managing project schedules and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop, design, and establish reporting standards and communication plans for projects.
• Monitor and review budget reports, forecast reports, and other management-related reports.
• Collaborate across business units and with project teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT or engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience working in IT within a projectized environment.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Projects and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with management and stakeholders at all levels.
