Application Programmer III

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Application Programmer III to join their team. As an Application Programmer III, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting the Mobile Applications Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and prototype Android mobile applications for phones and tablets for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with the design team to define app features and functionalities.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications meet specified requirements.
• Identify potential issues and resolve application bottlenecks to optimize user experience.
• Publish applications on the App Store and maintain the codebase for ongoing improvements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proven experience as an app developer with expertise in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
• Experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Appium.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Kotlin, and familiarity with C-based libraries.
