Patient Services Representative

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join their team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be part of the front-line support team, ensuring a positive experience for patients and facilitating smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Patient Services Representative

Location: Cary, NC

Pay Range:$18/hr - $22/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage patient appointments and scheduling efficiently to optimize clinic operations.
• Provide compassionate assistance to patients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Accurately update and maintain patient records in the system.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication.
• Support billing and insurance processes as needed to facilitate patient care.

What's Needed?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a flexible schedule during operational hours.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturday shifts and overtime based on workload.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is a plus.
