Senior Recruiter

Our client, a leading biotechnology organization in the manufacturing and engineering sector, is seeking two Sr. Recruiters to join their team. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote (candidates must be located in either East-Southeast or Midwest region in the U.S.)

Pay Range: $45-48/hr. on W2

Job Type: 5-6-month Contract with the potential for hire or extension

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (EST)

What's the Job?

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer extension.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted sourcing efforts.
  • Assess candidate qualifications through interviews and evaluations, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • Utilize data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with 6+ years preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
