Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Change Management Senior to join their team. As a Change Management Senior, you will be part of the Change Management team supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and organizational transformations.

What's the Job?

• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to senior executives and business groups across the enterprise.
• Support change management recommendations for strategic initiatives and key organizational transformations.
• Partner with M&A, Information Security, and business leads to embed change management into acquisition timelines.
• Assess change impacts across people, processes, and technology for acquired entities.
• Develop and manage communication plans, ensuring messaging aligns with legal and security requirements.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of technology and information security change management experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions through change management activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and readiness assessment skills.
• Ability to translate technical changes into user-friendly impacts and actions.
