Staff MLOps Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff MLOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Staff MLOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and refining a scalable, reliable, and innovative Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a passion for advancing AI/ML solutions that prioritize transparency, fairness, and ethical practices, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission to drive technological excellence and responsible AI deployment.

Job Title: Staff MLOps Engineer

Location: Remote 

What's the Job?

• Lead the enhancement of the AI platform to improve the developer experience for data and ML engineers.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure supporting the MLOps platform, leveraging infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and cloud engineers to align platform development with business objectives.
• Design and implement components to ensure platform reliability, observability, and fault tolerance.
• Build and maintain DevOps pipelines tailored for ML workflows, enabling automated model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure management, and automation tools like Terraform.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
