Application Support Engineer

We are currently seeking an Application Support Engineer specializing in OpenText Content Management for a contract position based in Nashville, TN, with remote flexibility.

**Must-have skills:**
- Strong experience in OpenText Enterprise Content Management (Content Server / Documentum / Extended ECM)
- Hands-on expertise in configuration, customization, and administration of OpenText ECM solutions
- Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Web Services, SAP/other enterprise systems)
- 7+ years of experience required for each skill.

**Nice-to-have skills:**
- Knowledge of OpenText xECM / Archive Center / Records Management
- Experience with cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) and migration projects
- Familiarity with scripting (Java, .NET, or similar)

**Additional Information:**
- Travel is not expected, but if a business need arises, expenses will be covered.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
- Moderate chances for contract extension.

**Job Description & Responsibilities:**
We are looking for an experienced OpenText ECM professional to design, develop, and support enterprise content management solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing OpenText ECM solutions based on business requirements
- Configuring and customizing OpenText Content Server and related modules
- Integrating ECM with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, CRM systems)
- Performing system administration, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Supporting migration and transformation initiatives to modern ECM platforms.
