Entry Level Transportation / Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Transportation Analyst to join their team. As a Transportation Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Transportation Management System (TMS) team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transportation Analyst

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina. ONSITE

Pay Range: $21.28/hr w2

Looking for fresh college graduates 

What's the Job?

• Manage and contact bulk customers to validate order accuracy in the TMS prior to carrier tender
• Document all customer interactions following call script guidelines
• Update and maintain data in the TMS, followed by email communication with customer service
• Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure order integrity
• Collaborate closely with the bulk control tower team and follow directions effectively

What's Needed?

• Fresh graduates from college or military service preferred
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems is encouraged but not required
• Excellent communication skills via email, Teams chat, and phone calls
• Ability to think quickly, manage multiple priorities, and follow up efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and apply new training effectively
