ServiceNow Developer

Our financial services client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering team supporting CMDB integrations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
***ServiceNow CSA certification is required

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (hybrid)

Pay Range: 50-52/hr W2

Type: Contract (approximately 6 months)

What's the Job?

• Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support business needs.
• Drive automation of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Provide accurate estimates for project phases and ensure timely delivery of development projects.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to standards, and mentor team members on best practices.

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow configurations (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs), Flow Designer, and application development.
• Experience with integrations and API development using REST and JSON.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
