IT Project Manager - Capital Markets

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Capital Markets Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Capital Markets Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Pay Range:$65.00/hour, w2 

What's the Job?

• Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards.
• Develop high-quality project artifacts, documentation, and reporting materials to support project transparency and accountability.
• Leverage advanced tools such as Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel to analyze data, track progress, and prepare executive-level reports.

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of project management experience within financial services, particularly in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and operational dynamics.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience delivering complex projects, with a preference for regulatory and market risk initiatives.
