Our client, a leading organization in diagnostic testing support, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - II to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative - II, you will be part of the Government Services department supporting the Toxicology Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - IILocation: Santa Rosa, CA
Duration: 4+ months with possible extension
Pay Range:$28/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Increase customer revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling of products and services within assigned regions.
- Engage with customers via outbound calls and emails to discuss drug testing needs, capture reorder business, and understand customer program growth.
- Develop and execute Territory Action Plans focusing on sales targets, customer needs, and market trends to meet revenue goals.
- Analyze accounts to identify sales potential, understand sales cycles, budgets, and funding sources.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using Salesforce.com, supporting team efforts and strategic planning.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of the toxicology industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to prospect and develop large account relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales objectives with integrity and a results-oriented mindset.
