Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Technology Business Systems Consultant 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Service Asset and Configuration Management team supporting enterprise-wide IT asset management and configuration practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technology Business Systems Consultant 3 - Contingent
Location: Charlotte, NC (preferred) and Chandler, AZ; this role is on-site with a hybrid schedule (3 days per week on-site).
What's the Job?
- Lead and monitor complex ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system health.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data transfer issues across multiple integrations.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop and maintain data sharing agreements and governance processes.
- Participate in Agile Jira processes, including validation, incident management, and enhancement requests.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for CMDB strategies, automation, and best practices.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in business systems data and design, including work, military, or education background.
- 3+ years of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) experience, specifically with ServiceNow and CSDM.
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge and project management skills.
- Highly organized, self-starting, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience monitoring integrations and system health dashboards.
