Credit Analyst

Our client is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team. As a Credit Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Processing Department supporting the credit management and customer relations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Analyze credit and debit cases for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all supporting documentation is verified and discrepancies are proactively resolved.
• Evaluate case details against established criteria to determine approval or denial of requests, maintaining compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, providing timely updates on case status and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Prepare and submit compliant cases for appropriate levels of authorization, adhering to internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records for all accounts and cases, ensuring compliance with document retention policies and processing approved credit requests efficiently.

• Credit processing experience with a strong understanding of credit and debit case review.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to influence and negotiate to achieve optimal outcomes.
