Our client, a leading organization in the finance and collections sector, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Credit Analyst to join their team. As a Credit Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Credit & Collections department supporting strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to influence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:$19/hr - $21/hr
What's the Job?
- Manage credit and collections activities for a portfolio of strategic and sensitive customer accounts
- Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming cases to meet productivity and completion goals
- Monitor accounts receivable balances, aging, and payment trends to identify potential issues
- Research, reconcile, and resolve claims, disputes, and account discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Care, Pricing, Traffic, and Sales to resolve issues and support account management
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or related finance functions preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Good communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
