Quality Assurance Consultant III

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant III to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Consultant III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting software testing and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Responsible for testing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business outcomes, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
• Develops and executes manual and automated test suites, utilizing tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, Jenkins, and GitHub/BitBucket.
• Leads test planning, case reviews, and collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Creates and maintains traceability throughout the software development lifecycle, supporting compliance and quality standards.
• Participates actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience with Selenium, Automation Testing, Java, and Lean Agile methodologies.
• Proven expertise in UI and API test automation, including building and executing test automation frameworks.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub/BitBucket, and comprehensive testing tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
