Inventory Control Analyst II

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst II to join their team. As an Inventory Control Analyst II, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting inventory management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $43.58

What's the Job?

  • Monitor and manage inventory/material movements throughout the plant to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify, review, and complete inventory-related transactions accurately and on time within SAP and related systems.
  • Analyze inventory gains, losses, and variances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate inventory movement activities and bookings with plant and remote teams to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Support inventory reconciliation activities, including cycle counts and regulatory inventory verifications.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing inventory management, ideally 10+ years.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) functions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data validation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and data analytics capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
