SAP HANA Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Technology Solutions Department supporting SAP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Charlotte, NC 

What's the Job?

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects across various modules including BDC, BW, SAC, and others.
• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise data integration, warehousing, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture and analytics strategies.
• Configure and support SAP systems, including system setup, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Build reports, manage data, and ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and SAP S/4HANA lifecycle management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BDC, BW/4HANA, SAC, and related modules.
• Proficiency in SAP data modeling, performance optimization, and system configuration.
• Strong SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT process skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
