Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking two motivated and experienced Digital Product Managers to join their dynamic team. As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless backlog management, and driving innovative solutions that meet client needs. What's the Job?

• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product strategies
• Coordinate backlog grooming sessions to maintain a clear and actionable work pipeline
• Support the development and implementation of product roadmaps aligned with business goals

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in backlog grooming and product backlog management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in managing digital products or related projects
• Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
