Project Manager/Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their team. As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will be part of the project delivery support team, supporting multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master

Location: 100% Remote

What's the Job?

• Lead and support up to two Scrum teams in Agile practices and ceremonies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coordinate project activities from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, and resources
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder communications
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with business objectives

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proven experience serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and project management best practices
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills
