Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a Privacy Program Manager to join their team. As a Privacy Program Manager, you will be part of the CO+I Privacy Team supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Legal, HR Privacy, Procurement, and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and exceptional program management expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

  • Conduct privacy reviews, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for services, systems, tools, and business processes.
  • Partner with engineering, security, legal, HR Privacy, procurement, and business stakeholders to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
  • Monitor and track privacy compliance requirements, regulatory obligations, and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Promote Privacy by Design principles and provide guidance on data collection, usage, retention, access controls, and privacy compliance requirements.
  • Drive process, workflow, reporting, and tooling improvements to enhance privacy operations and support scalable compliance programs.

 

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, data governance, security, technical program management, or related fields.
  • Experience conducting or supporting privacy reviews, DPIAs, compliance assessments, risk assessments, or control implementation activities.
  • Strong program management, documentation, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate privacy, compliance, and technical requirements effectively to cross-functional teams.
