Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer (NJ) to join their dynamic team. As a Full Stack Software Developer (NJ), you will be an integral part of the Technology Department supporting innovative projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Collaborate with Business and System Analyst teams to understand system requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop, unit test, and deploy application code following standard coding patterns and guidelines.
- Work closely with quality assurance and product certification teams to support testing and certification processes.
- Package and deploy applications to production environments ensuring stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Experience in Spring Boot, Core Java, and developing J2EE applications involving JSP and Servlets.
- Proficiency with IDEs such as Eclipse, NetBeans, or IntelliJ.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or higher, including .NET Core, C#, and WCF services.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with deploying J2EE applications using Websphere, Tomcat, or Apache servers.
