Workday Financials

Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a Workday Financials professional to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Financials specialist, you will be an integral part of the Finance and IT departments supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Workday Finance Consultant

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel)
Part time: 20 hours per week

What's the Job?

• Support Workday Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications
• Assist in business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams and service lines
• Execute day-to-day activities of ERP engagements including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals through innovative solutions

What's Needed?

• A minimum of five years of Workday Financials implementation and upgrade experience
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• Completion of one full implementation with Workday Financials and Workday certification in Financials
• Strong verbal, documentation, and analytical skills
• Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
