What's the Job?
- Provide technical support for clinical systems and applications to ensure seamless healthcare operations.
- Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement system updates and improvements.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of system issues and resolutions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance user proficiency and system utilization.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience supporting clinical or healthcare information systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
