Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Clinical System Support Specialist II to join their team. As a Clinical System Support Specialist II, you will be part of the Clinical Support Department supporting healthcare professionals and technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide technical support for clinical systems and applications to ensure seamless healthcare operations.
• Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement system updates and improvements.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records of system issues and resolutions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance user proficiency and system utilization.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience supporting clinical or healthcare information systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
