What's the Job?
- Manage and support Avaya contact center solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors for license management, entitlement, and renewal processes across the Avaya Aura stack.
- Implement and oversee certificate lifecycle management using platforms like Venafi or similar enterprise solutions.
- Troubleshoot deep TCP/IP network issues, providing detailed analysis and resolution.
- Support Intrado E911 solutions and NICE call recording platforms to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Experience with certificate lifecycle management, including use of Venafi or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of license management, tracking, compliance, and vendor coordination within the Avaya Aura environment.
- Exposure to Intrado E911 solutions and NICE call recording platforms.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP troubleshooting and network diagnostics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
