Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Inventory Control Analyst to join their team in Cicero, IL. As a Inventory Control Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting inventory management and control functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst
Location: Cicero, IL (Onsite, M-F)
Pay Range: $38.00-$42.00/HR + Benefits
Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract (No C2C)
Job Functions:
- Own and maintain accurate bulk and packaged inventory records for the plant through verification, review, and completion of inventory-related transactions in SAP and related systems.
- Analyze inventory gains, losses, and variances to identify root causes, trends, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate inventory movement activities and bookings with plant and remote teams.
- Ensure compliance with all inventory-related controls, standards, and management systems.
- Support and troubleshoot plant inventory systems and interfaces, including SAP and connected systems transaction processing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Order to Cash functions preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and data analytics skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, including reporting and data validation.
