Learning Management Specialist

Our client, a leading healthcare and life sciences organization, is seeking a Learning Management Specialist to join their team. As a Learning Management Specialist, you will be part of the Learning Operations team supporting HR, Learning & Development, Quality, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Learning Management Specialist

Location:Abbott Park, IL 60064 (100% Onsite)

Pay Range:Up to $20/hour

12 Month Contract

What’s the Job?

• Administer and maintain the ComplianceWire Learning Management System.
• Manage user access, training assignments, certifications, and learner records.
• Support content lifecycle activities including uploads, versioning, and retirement.
• Generate reports on training activity, compliance status, and completion metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and LMS data integrity.

What’s Needed?

• 2 to 5+ years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience in Learning & Development, HR systems, or digital learning environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
