Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of the End User Services department supporting the IT support team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues independently using documented processes and knowledge articles.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support standard computer workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support conference room and collaboration technology, including projectors, displays, and conferencing tools like Teams and Zoom.
- Document work in the ticketing system, escalate complex issues, and communicate effectively with users and team members.
What's Needed?
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency supporting Windows 11, macOS endpoints, and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint security controls such as BitLocker.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally.
