Sr Analyst FastPay

Our client, a leading organization in the meetings, events, and hospitality industry, is seeking a Sr Analyst FastPay to join their team. As a Sr Analyst FastPay, you will be part of the Finance & Accounting department supporting external partner accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Analyst FastPay

Location: Memphis, TN - Hybrid Role (Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday)

Pay Range: $26

What's the Job?

• Manage end-to-end commission payment processes for external partners with accuracy and efficiency
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies through detailed financial analysis and investigation
• Support onboarding activities for new partner accounts, ensuring smooth integration
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and reporting

What's Needed?

• Experience managing financial operations such as payments, invoicing, or billing with high accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and collaboration
• Background in finance, accounting operations, or related fields is preferred
