Associate Procurement Coordinator

Our client is seeking an Associate Procurement Coordinator to join their team. As an Associate Procurement Coordinator, you will be part of the Site Services department supporting procurement, inventory management, administrative support, and maintenance-related processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:St. Joseph, Missouri

What's the Job?

  • Support the Site Services team with purchasing and procurement activities
  • Manage inventory records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Create purchase orders and requisitions to fulfill operational needs
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to maintenance and operational support

What's Needed?

  • Experience in administrative support, procurement, or inventory management environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Exposure to SAP or similar purchasing and inventory systems is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
