.Net Developer- Level 5

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a .Net Developer- Level 5 to join their dynamic team. As a .Net Developer- Level 5, you will be an integral part of the Engineering department supporting innovative projects and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: .Net Developer- Level 5

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Irving, TX/ Columbus, OH/ Chandler, AZ

Pay Range: $75-$78/hr W2 Only (we can not work with 3rd parties/c2c)

Type: Contract 

Duration: 12-18 months

Schedule: 3x on site per week 

**This is more of a back end role, Angular and SQL Server is in their environment as well. 

What's the Job?

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
• Provide strategic consultation on the resolution of unique and complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.
• Offer expertise to senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
• Engage strategically with client personnel to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in .NET development with application migration experience supporting Data Center migration strategies.
• Strong analytical, inductive, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and leadership.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technical environments.
