Customer Service I

Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in medical device support, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Neuro and CardioMEMs product lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service I

Location: Lake Mary, Florida

Pay Range: 22/HR ON W2

What's the Job?

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding supply orders and product support for implantable or wearable medical devices.
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records and verify account and product information.
  • Communicate prescription revision requests to support teams and process new referrals for out-of-warranty equipment.
  • Coordinate equipment replacements and facilitate customer returns in compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Schedule annual preventative maintenance appointments for patients and ensure adherence to handling guidelines for medical devices.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; 2-3 years of call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems and websites.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills; Spanish-speaking candidates preferred but not required.
